MAAS Companies provided financial management for the implementation and oversight of the District’s $490M Measure C Capital Construction Program. The MAAS finance team was onsite at the District beginning in 2007 when the company began to provide these services for the District’s Measure E Capital Construction Program. MAAS’ proprietary software, ForSitePro (Formerly PROMPT.ed), was utilized to track and report all Bond finances as well as those for State Scheduled Maintenance Projects and various other District projects that were funded with non-bond dollars. It was configured to fully align with Banner, the District’s accounting system.
