MAAS Companies provided program management services for the District’s $394M Measure E Bond Program. MAAS oversaw the project and financial management of all capital projects including the remodel of existing buildings and the construction of new projects. Large projects included the Science Complex remodel, Humanities Building, Learning Resource Building, a four-story parking structure, and infrastructure upgrades. MAAS also provided financial management for the Measure E Bond Program.
