  • As faithful stewards of program funds, MAAS manages finances and budgets through master project budget development and cost and budget reviews. We oversee and support design and construction budgets with cost opinions and estimating, value engineering, contingency and allowances, change order management, schedule of values review, and contractor claims management.

QUALITY

  • MAAS thoroughly communicates client quality expectations through design standards, document control, and interdisciplinary document coordination. We validate and manage compliance with quality expectations through constructability reviews, submittals reviews, design and construction supervision, commissioning support, and punch-list and warranty reviews. MAAS supports smooth projects turnover transitions with move-in, staff training, and post-construction/ occupancy oversight. We make sure project record documents and closeout processes set owners and end users up for success.

RESOURCES

  • MAAS brings the right teams to the table with contractor outreach. We also support internal client teams with staff augmentation for a variety of program, project, or interim roles.

RISK

  • MAAS identifies, plans for, and mitigates risk throughout the program and project life cycle through policy and procedure manual development, safety program development, labor compliance oversight, and utilities and permit reviews. We interface with regulatory and state funding agencies to manage compliance and reporting, and support clients throughout the facility development process.
