MAAS Companies provided program management services, including financial management, for the District’s $121M Measure AA Bond Program. Projects included 120,000 SF of college buildings, including three new Higher Education Centers on the National City, Otay Mesa, and San Ysidro campuses, along with a new One Stop Student Services Center and a new Student Academic Success Center on the Chula Vista campus.

In addition to providing program management services, MAAS developed a comprehensive Five-Year Capital Construction Plan for the District, Initial Project Proposals (IPPs),Final Project Proposals (FPPs), and Space Inventory Reports. Educational Master Plans were completed by MAAS in 1992, 1996, 2003, and 2008.
