Status Update: MAAS’ Response to COVID-19

To our clients and partners:

The continued proliferation of COVID-19 is increasingly impactful to nearly every aspect of our daily lives. Ensuring the health and safety of our team, our clients and our partners is a first order priority for MAAS Companies. To ensure that our clients continue to receive top-tier uninterrupted service, we have made a number of proactive operational changes to mitigate the spread of the virus.

As of March 16, 2020, and until further notice, we have taken steps to minimize activities that increase the risk of virus contraction or transmission and allow for families to care for minor children as schools discontinue on-site instruction. To accomplish this, we are leveraging our robust technology to encourage our staff to work remotely where appropriate or mandated by site directives.

We have established systems and protocols that ensure business operations can continue securely and without interruption regardless of location. Additionally, we are limiting travel and participation in events or activities that would lead to unnecessary exposure. Where possible, these interactions will be relocated and/or rescheduled to make use of digital collaboration and communication tools.

We are tracking and incorporating guidelines issued by the CDC & WHO as well as recommendations from state and local governments into action plans for all of our locations. As the situation is still evolving, so too is our response plan. We will communicate any changes in our approach as they are implemented.

We are well positioned to sustain productivity through these challenging times and appreciate your patience and cooperation. Please take care of yourselves and your teams.
