Lori Maas O’Keefe, President

Lori O’Keefe is the President of MAAS Companies. She has over twenty years of experience in California Education and holds a Master’s Degree in Education. She has worked at all levels of the educational system, ranging from elementary education to post-secondary institutions. Over the past ten years, Ms. O’Keefe, in cooperation with faculty, staff and administrators has successfully authored Educational Master Plans for community colleges in California. She has presented seminars on master planning as well as how to integrate the institution’s master planning activities with accreditation standards and strategic planning. Ms. O’Keefe is also a certified administrator of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and STRONG Interest Inventory.

Mac McGinnis, Vice President

Mac McGinnis has over 25 years of experience working in the design and construction industry. As Vice President his responsibilities include Program, Project and Construction Management services wherein he provides oversight for all construction projects in several major Community College District Bond Funded Capital Programs. Mr. McGinnis has personally planned, overseen and executed designer and contractor procurement, master scheduling, estimating, cost control, and project reporting.

Additionally, Mr. McGinnis has overseen the establishment of program standards and procedures, District design standards, and specialty design standards. He has managed and overseen all aspects of the program, project and construction management elements of major capital programs.

Jeremy Chapman, Vice President of Technology, Information & Strategy

Jeremy Chapman has more than fifteen years of experience in management, technology, procurement, distribution, manufacturing, supply chain and finance fields across multiple industries. As Vice President of Technology, Information & Strategy, Jeremy is responsible for cultivating efficiency and efficacy wherever technology is utilized to support business objectives. Additionally, he leverages his years of experience in software development & deployment to help inform and determine strategic goals for MAAS’ proprietary program management software. Jeremy’s role is essential in leveraging MAAS’ technology systems to bring the greatest value, accessibility and transparency to our clients’ programs.

Rhonda Johnson, Director of Finance and Administration

Rhonda Johnson brings over 25 years in the field of finance and accounting. She’s served in higher education at the college level as a Controller in a private for-profit setting. Rhonda is currently responsible for the overall integrity of financial information; and provides day-to-day management of the Company’s financial and administrative systems as well as the development and recommendations in the implementation of business improvement policies and procedures.

Bo Ralston, Director of Business Services and Marketing

Bo Ralston has over fifteen years of experience in the areas of organizational and project focused management across a spectrum of industries including client service, marketing, finance, information technology, manufacturing, logistics and supply chain. As Director of Business Services and Marketing, Bo oversees strategic operational initiatives pertaining to service and software offerings across the company with the specific charge to deliver increased value to clients. Further, Bo manages business development efforts to ensure alignment of all marketing activities.
