Having received the program direction from the District, our Project Managers review all project Proposals, Bid Documents and project related requests, evaluating each for its impact on the District, Students, Staff and the Campus Community. Bringing strong project experience to the effort, our Project Managers make recommendations to the District's decision making process with an eye on providing successful, operationally relevant facilities. In this position, we are their professional arm in providing a level of expertise that may not otherwise exist on the campus staff.
MAAS Project Managers provide assistance and guidance from inception to completion of any given project effort. From program development through final completion including closeout procedures as required by the Division of the State Architect, our goal is to deliver the best possible facilities for the District.
With the MAAS extensive experience working with various campus Facility Departments, we are able to provide services and assist the District in a capacity that allows for Staff Augmentation for a verity of disciplines.
