on site interviews with specific individuals and groups.
Conduct an external environmental scan to view the College in relationship to
its service area. Assess the internal environment information of the College
relative to the current composition and profile of the students served. Request
most current 320 reports to conduct an analysis of the current program of
instruction. Draft internal and external environmental sections. Conduct
on site interviews specific for summer session faculty.
Prepare draft of campus wide on-line survey. Finalize internal and external environmental
sections. Begin process utilizing baseline curriculum reports for analysis
of current program of instruction. Assessment of Program Reviews / Accreditation
/ Integrated planning documents.
Conduct on-site interviews with College constituency groups that include administrators,
faculty (including adjunct), classified staff, students. Launch campus wide
on-line EMP survey. Develop a baseline curriculum report that reflects the
current WSCH values by discipline or program, by instructional divisions
in the College to establish enrollment management strategies. Draft Integrated
Conduct on-site interviews with College constituency groups. Draft section for
EMP as it pertains to the campus interviews and campus wide on-line survey.
Create a WSCH generated forecast for each discipline or program. Quantify
the academic space needs in assignable square feet (ASF). Quantify the total
space needs for the College, both instructional and support, in assignable
Draft Program of Instruction section. Draft future space needs and calculation
section. Conduct campus-wide “Open Forums.” Develop recommendations.
